The room was a bit warm, but I had a fan and could open the window slightly. The staff were polite and tried to address the issue. Although the manager was rude initially, the window was eventually opened. The location was a bit off the tourist path, but it was convenient for my needs.

The location was amazing, just a short walk away from the main train station. It was really convenient for us to travel around the city. Plus, the staff at the hotel were quite friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to assist. The room was alsosuper clean and cozy, and the beds were really cozy.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. There weren't many options for vegetarians and the quality of the food wasn't great.

The location of this hotel was fantastic - just a short walk from Paddington station and close to trains and buses to Marble Arch. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, great for a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly.

This hotel offers great value for money. Situated on a beautiful tree-lined street with smaller boutique hotels, it is in a prime location near Paddington train and underground stations. The wide and quiet street allows for a peaceful stay, and there is a convenient bus stop nearby. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with modern facilities, including a great shower cubicle in the bathroom. Breakfast is included and served by prior ordering, and free WiFi is provided.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to Paddington Station and provides easy access to all parts of London. The hotel is situated on a beautiful tree-lined street, creating a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast served in the airy conservatory is of very good quality, with a good choice of fresh fruit, hot coffee, and tea. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.
The reception area of the hotel lacks warmth and the initial welcome from the receptionist could be improved.
